Dear Sir,

I would like to express my appreciation for your prompt response to my shower problem and to the efficient manner of your engineer.

I have been extremely satisfied with my Satellite shower unit and I am delighted it is in good working order once again.

The engineer explained the 'signal' problem to me and advised how it can be remedied if it should re-occur and recommended me to inform you should it become a frequent occurence.

Hopefully this will not be necessary.
