• This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over only, excluding employees of the promoter, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this offer. No third party applications permitted, including all stockists (plumber's merchants, builder's merchant and wholesalers) and contract sales.

• Purchases must be registered using the unique entry code printed on promotional labels attached to promotional products, sent to the published shortcode number (86688) in a SMS message. Applicants can also register online. All applications will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

• SMS messages are charged at the standard network rate only. During the period of the promotion only, messages will be sent at no cost to the applicant updating them with the total applications received to date.

• Only one mobile phone may be used by a claimant to register their purchases, and claims for fuel vouchers will only be sent to the person or company identified on the proof of purchase.

• For each purchase registered the claimant will be entitled to a £5 fuel voucher, if the claimant registers 10 or more purchases then the claimant will be entitled to a maximum total of £100. Vouchers consist of a prepaid Mastercard or Visa fuel card, and are not exchangeable or transferrable.

• In addition to the petrol vouchers, 25 driving experiences have been allocated to 25 unique entry codes, and will be awarded to applicants, subject to a claim being accompanied by the original promotional sticker and a copy of the invoice clearly showing proof of purchase prior to the application being submitted. Full details of how to claim will be sent in the text message acknowledging receipt. Prizes will be despatched within 28 working days of validation.

• Any tax payable from the benefit is wholly the responsibility of the claimant.

• The promoter cannot be held responsible for SMS entries or postal claims not received, lost, or delayed for any reason whatsoever. We recommend using an insured service.

• Claims for petrol vouchers may only be submitted after the 31st December 2009, and no later than 31st January 2010.

• Claim forms must be completed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice clearly showing the purchase of a promotional product.

• Validated claims are processed, and the vouchers sent within 28 days of receipt.

• If an application or claim is refused, because the terms of the offer have not been met, the promoter's decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion without notice.
